The fully servo slot punching machine is a specialized equipment used for punching slot holes in silicon steel sheets of motor rotors and stators. The slider of this machine is driven by a servo motor, and the rotation of the indexing spindle of this machine is driven directly by a servo motor. Since the punching press and indexing system are flexible, the machine can punch slot holes with equal angle distribution, motor iron chips with special requirements for the first slot position (such as motor iron core with spiral slot) and the first mock examination multi punch function. The diameter of the motor punching plate for this machine is Φ Stators below 300mm and Φ Silicon steel sheets for rotors below 280mm.
Optional features:
1. Sliding block lifting function: using a balance lever mechanism and balance block device to reduce bed vibration and ensure punching accuracy. The slider stroke is 14mm, with a maximum stroke of 1000 times/min; The total stroke of the slider is 40mm, making it easy to automatically take and place the punching pieces.
